Okay I'm not a fan of OCs that have direct involvement of whatever show/game/book they derived from but I couldn't help myself with Young Justice.
This is Catgirl to maintain the Young Justice Universe sort of feel I drew her Phil Bourassa's style, and her story is a mix between Kitrina Falcone (the real catgirl), Chesire, and Jinx's.

Name: Holly Falcone
Superhero name: Catgirl
Age: 16
Race: Homo-Magi
Powers: Sorcery, which she primarily uses to create "bad luck" such as technical malfunctions, bursts of concussive mystical energy, and sometimes alter weather, but she hardly ever uses these powers because it drains her way too much, and she doesn't control them as well as simply using her fists. She is also a tech-expert, but (though she would never admit it) not as nearly as well rounded as Robin, and an acrobat as well as martial artist.
Personality: Holly's a very nice girl, that is if you look past the fact that she's a kleptomaniac, narcissist, perfectionist, competitive, sarcastic, and a bit of a sadist, she's a very nice girl.
History: Niece of the head of an Italian Mob, Holly was introduce to a life of crime at an early age. Everything was going great until Mr.Goody-to-shoes Speedy showed under cover to break-up the syndicate. Naturally, like any other time when you put two teens together, they fell for each other faster than a ton of bricks. Blinded by hormones, and mushy stuff Holly turned her back on her family, and told Green Arrow and Speedy everything they needed to know, even after they revealed who they really were. However, when it was finally go time for Holly to be brought to safety, low and behold, her knight in shining armor was nowhere to be found. As a result, her uncle got to her, and she found herself in a box thrown in Gotham bay. Eventually she got out, barely. Then, out of no where it was catwoman who save her. Impressed by her abilities as an escape artist catwoman offered her a spot as her sidekick. A position Holly gladly accepted.
Two years later Holly remains loyal to catwoman, even after she reformed from her career as a villain. However, recently catwoman has disappeared. Without a choice catgirl turned to Young Justice, in order to keep constant contact with batman for news on the ongoing search of catwoman.

Okay the costume looks a bit like the one that Qwen Tennison puts on to become lucky girl in the first season of that show, her history sounds a bit like the older version of the origin for Huntress, though you didn't explain how she got her magical powers, or where they there since birth?I like her purple hair.
